Credit period: 10 days.

Invoicing charge: 

In the event of late payment, penalty interest will be charged as of the date of maturity in the amount of the reference interest + 8%. A handling charge of € 2.50 will be added to the interest invoice. Statutory reminder and debt-recovery fees will also be charged.

For re-invoicing on the grounds that the invoice recipient wishes to make out the invoice to another party, a fee of € 15 will be charged.
In the event of disputes, however, the sender will always be held liable for payment.
