Whenever you utilise our fastest product - Jetpak Direct - you will be covered by our Jet Guarantee. When you book your express consignments, you will always be provided with the relevant delivery data, such as the latest time of delivery. You will get your money back if the consignment is delayed (+ 1 hour) by more than the time indicated when you made your booking.

This guarantee will not apply if:

• the consignment weighs more than 50 kg;
• the sender or consignee has been partially or wholly instrumental in non-fulfilment of the guarantee;
• the consignment is delayed/obstructed by, for example, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, road accidents or traffic delays/cancelled flights;
• or in the event of circumstances beyond Jetpak’s control, such as Force Majeure.
