Here you can download the customs documents you’ll need when you send packages/goods to a country where customs duties are payable (e.g. Norway or Switzerland).

The documents can be filled in. That means that you can fill in the obligatory particulars, print out the form and fax it to Jetpak’s customs department in Oslo at +47 6481 6485. As the form must be signed by the sender, you cannot send it to us by e-mail.

You can choose whether you wish to use a pro forma invoice or a commercial invoice. The difference between the two types of invoice is as follows:

Pro forma invoice
Use this invoice if the item is not for sale (e.g. is intended as a gift or for demonstration purposes).

Proforma Invoice 

Commercial Invoice
Use this invoice if the item is for sale in the country to which you are having it shipped.
