In the event of damage, loss or delay, contact the airport of dispatch or receipt as soon as possible, although no later than within the periods indicated below. You will otherwise forfeit your right of claim. See information about our JetGaranti.
In the event of damage to or loss of one or more packages, a written claim shall be submitted to Jetpak as soon as possible, although no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
In the event of delay in the consignment, a written claim shall be submitted to Jetpak as soon as possible, although no later than 21 days after the consignment has been placed at the disposal of the consignee.
In the event of total loss of the consignment, a written claim shall be submitted to Jetpak as soon as possible, although no later than 120 days after issue of the bill of lading.
The packaging must always be saved for any inspection that may be needed.
Note that Jetpak shall be held responsible neither for damage caused by the inherent properties of the consignment nor for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Jetpak shall not be held responsible towards any party other than the sender/consignee indicated on the handing-in/delivery receipt or on the bill of lading.
